Course Summary
This course unit builds upon previous theoretical and applied reflections in previous units to assist in the development of leadership skills and will provide practical methods for increasing organisational effectiveness.

Learning Outcomes
At the end of this unit students will be able to:

articulate an understanding of the nature and purpose of team leadership skills

analyse personality and cultural differences and identify ways in which these affect team relationships

assess team dynamics and identify strengths and weaknesses to review

develop a potential program for enlarging the capacity and character of team members
